If you are looking to gain the basic skills and knowledge needed to obtain your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and successfully pass your MVC exams, you definitely won’t be disappointed with this school.

The well-organized training program, professionalism of the instructors, and friendly atmosphere make the learning process very effective. At every stage of the training, any instructor is always willing to help, answer questions, and explain everything in detail.

I am especially grateful to the entire team who trained me — Dan, Brian, Joe, and, of course, Julio. Their ability and willingness to work with each student individually, provide personal attention, and understand each student’s needs truly contribute to positive results.

I really appreciate all the time, effort, patience, and knowledge they shared with me. Thank you very much to the entire team for helping me reach my goal!

Highly recommended!

So long as you put in your effort, the staff and instructors here will guide you and go above and beyond to ensure that you succeed in your goals.
In a few weeks I got to know each and every member of the Driving Academy team, whether it was Sue managing the front desk or Julio managing the scheduling; be it Dan, Don, Joe or Mark who made sure you not only understood the importance of safety, but made sure you did your best to learn driving the big the rigs right way. Gina and Will were always there right from the beginning to help you iron out any kinks, if any.
Last but not the least, Jeff with his amiable personality was always there to help you out in any way possible. Overall, anyone choosing to get their CDL from here is bound to succeed in their career as you not only learn how to achieve your short-term goals, but you are set for the long term as well.
I never knew how quickly the 8 weeks went by. Thank you to each and everyone for your hard work and support.

A+++
Listen, this place will teach you all you need to know. And you WILL get your CDL. I personally got my CDL automatic. Passed on the first try without one point deducted. Don, Dan, Mark and Joe were my instructors. Suzanne and Julio guide you inside. Everyone is excellent. My advice, trust the process. Do everything they tell you. Learn your pre trip ASAP so you can focus on the skills. You have to apply yourself. If you listen and pick up what they are telling you…. You will have a great experience. Thank you guys so much!!

The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly focused on making sure you understand both the mechanics and the practical skills needed to pass the test and drive safely on the road. From the thorough pre-trip and in-cab inspection prep to mastering backing maneuvers, the training is structured to set you up for success. Highly recommend this school to anyone looking to jumpstart their commercial driving career!

If you need a CDL there is no other place to go. Yes, they will teach you everything you need to pass your test but its the other things that are much more valuable. The instructors are trucking veterans and the advice you’ll get from just simple conversations is really the most important thing you’ll get here. Don, Dan, Joe, Jerry, and Mark in the yard along with the office staff are some of the best people you will meet!

This school is outstanding. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you succeed. They teach you the real skills you need—no fluff, just practical, hands-on training.
When I had to take a few months off to care for my family, the school was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They welcomed me back and helped me get right back on track without any issues.
I want to sincerely thank everyone who supported me throughout my journey. I can’t remember every name, but please know how grateful I am. A special thank you to Julio, Jeff, Mark, and the entire team for your guidance, encouragement, and dedication. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me.

recently completed CDL training at Driving Academy in Jackson, NJ, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The instructors are absolutely phenomenal. They genuinely care about their students’ success and take the time to ensure everyone understands not just how to pass the CDL test, but how to become a safe and professional driver.

Their knowledge, patience, and real-world experience made a huge difference in my confidence behind the wheel. No matter how many questions I had, they were always willing to help and provide guidance. The hands-on training was excellent, and the entire staff created an environment where students could learn without feeling intimidated.

As a Marine Corps veteran and former federal employee, I appreciate professionalism and high standards, and Driving Academy exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering getting your CDL, this is the place to do it. The instructors truly invest in their students and set them up for success.

Driving Academy is hands down the best around. They honestly over prepared me for my road test, but in the best way possible. By the time test day came I felt completely confident and ready for anything they could throw at me. The instructors were patient, professional, and actually cared about making sure I became a safe driver instead of just passing the test. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

In the classroom and office Sue and Julio are just absolutely amazing. I had an amazing experience at this school. The times are flexible. The instructors are all extremely nice and work with you and we’ll even show you different ways to do different things if you’re not understanding in one way. Danny is the best at explaining everything in detail when he is teaching students. I’m so glad that I chose the school over any others.

This school is amazing in every way! I only attended to remove my manual restriction, but they were super knowledgeable and got me up and running as quickly as possible! Will made the sign-up seamless, Julio made orientation a breeze, and the instructors made the classes themselves absolutely as easy as humanly possible! I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking to obtain a Class A CDL!
